From Downtown Boone

Take Highway 421 South/East towards Wilkesboro. |

Turn right about 4 miles outside Boone on Old 421 South. (Landmark: There is a Food Lion Store on your left side and a parkway School sign on your right). |

Go past Brown's Chapel Road (three blocks) on Old 421 South and then turn right at Rutherwood Baptist Church (Red and white sign). |

It is also known as Don Hayes Road (Notice that the road sign is on the left side but you have to turn right before the sign). |

Continue on Don Hayes Road over a single lane bridge and then go through a single lane tunnel (go under Blue Ridge Parkway). |

Don Hayes Road changes its name to Daniel Drive after passing Rutherwood Street. |

Continue through the meadows of Brown's Farm Ridge. |

Continue on Daniel Drive. |

The clinic is located in the third house (#363) on the left. It has a cream color with a green trim. |

Enter the driveway and drive up to the garage door. The clinic door is a glass door next to garage door. Park in front of garage door, or at the 2 parking spaces a little bit higher on the opposite side of clinic door. |

From West Jefferson / Wilkesboro
- Take Hwy 421 West towards Boone.
- Turn left at the traffic light on Old 421 South.
- Follow further directions from 3. above.
